Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times (United States)

• Standard shipping: 7–15 business days after processing.

Shipping costs

• Free standard shipping on orders of $45 or more.
• $4.95 standard shipping on orders under $45.

Multiple shipments

Orders with several items may arrive in more than one package, sometimes on different days, at no extra cost to you.

Delays

Weather, carrier issues, and customs can add time. If your order is significantly late, email getwarmwake@gmail.com and we'll help.

Wrong address

We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours if you need to correct it.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation or reship your order.

International

We currently ship only within the United States.
