Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery times (United States)

• Standard: 6–12 business days after processing.
• Warehouse-stocked items: 2–5 business days (shown on the product page and at checkout).
• Express (where available): 2–4 business days after processing.

Shipping costs

• Free standard shipping on orders of $45 or more.
• $4.95 standard shipping on orders under $45.
• Express: $12.90 where offered.

Multiple shipments

Orders with several items may arrive in more than one package, sometimes on different days, at no extra cost to you.

Delays

Weather, carrier issues, and customs can add time. If your order is significantly late, email getwarmwake@gmail.com and we'll help.

Wrong address

We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours if you need to correct it.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation or reship.

International

We currently ship only within the United States.
