30-night trial

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason.

How to start

Email getwarmwake@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions and, for eligible returns, a prepaid label.

Condition

Items should be returned in reusable condition with original packaging where possible. We understand these are sleep products — normal trial use is fine; excessive wear or damage is not.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

Change-of-mind returns

A $5 return-label fee is deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Faulty or damaged items

Email a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund at no cost to you, and you won't need to ship the faulty item back in most cases.

Non-returnable for hygiene reasons

Opened mouth tape and opened pillow mist can't be returned unless faulty. Unopened units are returnable within 30 days.

Warranty

Electronic items carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims: getwarmwake@gmail.com with order number and a description or photo/video of the issue.

Late or missing refunds

Check with your bank first, then contact us.
