30-night trial

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason.

How to start

Email getwarmwake@gmail.com with your order number. Please don't send anything back before we reply — we'll confirm whether the item needs to be returned and send you the return address.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Email a photo or short video within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and you won't need to ship the item back.

Change-of-mind returns

Items should be unused or lightly used, in reusable condition, with original packaging where possible. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (for change-of-mind returns, after we receive the item). Your bank may take additional time to post it.

Non-returnable for hygiene reasons

Opened mouth tape can't be returned unless faulty. Unopened units are returnable within 30 days.

Warranty

Electronic items carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims: getwarmwake@gmail.com with your order number and a description or photo/video of the issue.
