Where do you ship?
Currently the United States. More countries soon.
How long does it take?
6–12 business days for most items. Some ship from a US warehouse and arrive in 2–5. Your checkout estimate is the accurate one.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $45. $4.95 below that. Express ($12.90) where available.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes, on every order, by email as soon as it ships.
Why not 2-day shipping?
We ship from where the product is actually made or stocked. We'd rather be honest about timing than promise two days and miss.
Returns & warranty
What's your return policy?
30 nights. If it's not for you, email us for a prepaid return label and a full refund to your original payment method.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Send a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund it — no need to return a broken item.
Is there a warranty?
12 months against defects on all electronic items (Sunset Lamp, Sunrise Alarm, Sound Machine, Table Lamp, Night Lights).
Return shipping cost?
Free for faulty items. For change-of-mind returns, a $5 label fee is deducted from the refund.

Do any of these need an app?
No. The Sunrise Alarm has an optional app for extra alarm slots; everything else is fully manual.
Is the light really blue-light-free?
In the warm/low settings, yes. Higher brightness settings add some cooler light for daytime use.
Are the mouth tape and pillow mist safe?
The tape uses a hypoallergenic medical-grade adhesive; the mist is a cosmetic aromatherapy spray. Neither is a medical device, and nothing here treats a medical condition. If you have a breathing condition, sleep apnea, or skin sensitivity, check with your doctor first.
